This event will bring 1940s/WW2 nostalgia to your backyard. Wearing world war attire is welcomed. reinactors will be walking the grounds and ship while we collect all the women who would love to show off their style & poise as they grace the ship deck with their beauty & grace. We would love to have people cheer them on and get a idea of how the 1940s style was at the time.

Official Rules & Guidelines
The Miss DDay Muskegon Pin-Up Contest celebrates the elegance, strength, and spirit of the 1940s era. All contestants must honor the history and vintage charm of WWII-inspired fashion while maintaining class and respect for this historic event.
✨ Eligibility
Contestants must be 18 years of age or older on the day of the event.
Valid ID may be required at check-in.
👗 Attire Requirements
All outfits must reflect authentic 1940s era style (WWII-inspired fashion).
Vintage silhouettes, hairstyles, and makeup are strongly encouraged.
Outfits should be tasteful, classy, and event-appropriate.
🚫 Prohibited Attire
The following are strictly NOT permitted:
❌ Nudity of any kind
❌ Bathing suits or swimwear
❌ Lingerie or undergarment-style outfits
❌ Halloween or costume-shop costumes
❌ Modern or themed costumes not reflective of the 1940s era
💄 Presentation & Conduct
Contestants must conduct themselves with professionalism and respect.
This is a family-friendly, historically respectful event.
Judges will evaluate based on overall vintage authenticity, stage presence, confidence, and presentation.
