About this event
The WIS (Writing Innovation Symposium) is a two-day event for writers and writing educators. This year our theme is mise en place, a culinary term we are importing into WIS so we can discuss our readiness for writing. We'll kick off with a morning write-on-site, which will give participants a chance to write in the company of others. Both days will feature wokrshops and flashtalks. Thursday will include a poster session and display; Friday will include a closing debrief over lunch.
All are welcome: undergrads, grads, contingent & noncontingent faculty, staff, and community partners!
