What We Offer:
Mirimiri /Romiromi $30.00 per session
Kōmirimiri / Hapūtanga $50.00 per session
Taiawa Steaming $50.00 per session (there are three stations available for women to steam together - so bring your sissy’s, your mums or your girls)
Mirimiri / Romiromi is a traditional Māori practice of healing
using haemata (pressure points)
to release stress, pain and trauma from the body.
To relign and rejuvenate the person
ā wairua (spiritually)
ā tīnana (physically)
ā hinengaro (psychologically)
ā ngākau (emotionally)
Haputanga / Komirimiri is another ancient practice we used to prepare mama for birth and to connect her with their little Rangatira. And to make her feel good and fill her cup.
Taiawa Steaming is about removing and releasing old trauma, old energies, connections and belief systems from our taiawa and whare tangata. Great for endometriosis, issues with fertility and ikura, and supporting peri menopause. We use rongoā to rebalance and rejuvenate our sacred spaces and to reconnect back into our bodies in way that is nourishing and nurturing.
We have a beautiful roopu of practitioners ready to hold safe space for you to awhi you through your process of release and healing.
