All proceeds benefit the 170+ children who travel from 7 midlands counties to receive therapeutic and educational services to help them reach their full potential.
8:45am – "Heroes' Dash" in front parking lot*
9:00am – 5K starts (Dog friendly with serious runners at the front)
9:15am – Family 1K starts
Registration includes tshirt, finisher medal, refreshments, entry to after party.

The course is a USATF certified 5K that flows from The Therapy Place through Forest Acres and returns for the awards ceremony where there will be food & drink, bounce house and kids’ activities.
