Minority Engineering Program of Indianapolis 40th Annual Year End Banquet

We welcome you to join us for the 40th Annual MEPI Year-End Banquet — a milestone celebration honoring the past, present, and future successes of our program participants. Enjoy student showcases, inspiring awards, and heartfelt tributes as we celebrate growth, leadership, and send our seniors off to their exciting new journeys. This will be an evening of connecting, recognition, and celebration!

• 6:15 PM — Welcome Message

• 6:30 PM — Dinner

• 7:15 PM — Keynote

• 7:45 PM — 6th–12th Grade Student Reviews

• 8:00 PM — Special Recognition and Presentations

• 8:30 PM — Closing Remarks

REGISTRATION

Please complete this registration form only once per student.

• No charge for current MEPI students
• Only $10 each for up to (2) two guests per student
• Only $25 for any additional guests (no charge for children under 3)

The cost to MEPI is over $50 per person to host this celebration. To keep attendance affordable, we’re offering these reduced rates. If these fees present a hardship, please contact [email protected]. We are committed to ensuring every student can attend.
