About this Event
Induction to the AICP College of Fellows is the highest honor the American Institute of Certified Planners bestows upon a member. Yet, there are only eight Minnesota Planners in the College of Fellows, which does not reflect the significant history of impactful planning practice in the state. The purpose of this webinar is 1) to describe the importance of a robust cohort of Minnesota professional planners in the College of Fellows; and 2) to receive recommendations to equitably recruit eligible AICP members whose contributions are "above and beyond the usual competencies required in the individual’s normal professional planning activities, roles, and achievements" (FAICP website); and 3) to describe the nomination process, required submission package, and available assistance from current Fellows.
