MINIS Neuroaffirming Creative Movement + Social Improv (ages 1-5)

MINIS Creative Movement is a creative movement class with a Dragon + Warrior theme that fuses stories, yoga, and swordplay and is neuroaffirming and welcoming for spicy and wild ones!

The session is a neuroaffirming "yes space" and is child led with caregiver support. Facilitator is responsive to the unique class needs and energetics for the day, therefore the class content is variable.
