About this Event
minimo and Angel Cakes are teaming up for a special Valentine's wine and cupcake pairing focusing on the flavors of Sicily! Join us for a sit-down guided tasting at minimo, featuring 4 Sicilian natural wines paired with 4 mini-cupcakes showcasing key ingredients of Sicily’s legendary confections and culinary history.
After the tasting, wines will be available to purchase by the glass or bottle. Participants can also take home a Sweetheart Box of cupcakes from Angel Cakes - 4 full-size cupcakes decorated to look like an edible floral bouquet. See the Add-on Purchase option below!

Angel Cakes is a women-owned Oakland bakery. After founder Jen Angel tragically passed away in 2023, Angel Cakes reorganized as a co-operatively run business to carry on her legacy of creative baking and community building. We always feature Angel Cakes cupcakes at our anniversary parties, and we’re thrilled to partner on an event centered around our shared passion for the cuisine of Sicily!
