About this Event
Step into a world of imagination and greenery in our Mini Enchanted Garden! Children and their parents or “garden parents” are invited to create their very own tiny magical gardens filled with plants, fairy figurines, and whimsical decorations. This hands-on workshop encourages creativity, fine motor skills, and a love of nature, all while exploring the wonder of miniature landscapes. All materials are included.
What you’ll do
- Learn how to design a miniature garden using plants, moss, and natural materials
- Explore plant selection, soil layering, and terrarium-style planting for small containers
- Add fairy-themed accessories like tiny houses, bridges, and paths to make your garden magical
- Develop creativity and storytelling skills as you design your unique fairy world
Workshop Details
- Format: Family-friendly, hands-on activity with guidance from instructors
- Who can join: Children (ages 5–12) with a parent, guardian, or garden mentor
- Materials: All plants, containers, moss, and decorative items provided
- Dress code: Comfortable clothing that can get a little dirty
By the end of the session, families will take home a completed miniature fairy garden, ready to brighten a windowsill, garden, or special space at home. Participants will also leave with inspiration to continue adding to and caring for their tiny magical worlds.
This event takes place in a covered outdoor area. Dress for the weather in clothes that you don't mind getting a little dirty and prepare to enjoy a day of creativity! Bring garden gloves if you have them
Absolutely no experience is required.
