About this Event
Taught by Isabelle, this yoga class invites toddlers and preschoolers (ages 1-4) to discover mindfulness, gentle movement, and breath alongside their parent.
This month’s class will welcoming our mini yogis to start the new year together, reflecting on their previous year and share what they’re looking forward to in this upcoming year!
Mini Yogis is a class that is filled with themed activities for the little ones with smooth transitions to share an enjoyable morning together.
