About this Event
Taught by Isabelle, this yoga class invites toddlers and preschoolers (ages 1-4) to discover mindfulness, gentle movement, and breath alongside their parent.
This month’s class will welcome our mini yogis to connect themselves with the Earth and envision the world they love and want to grow up in 🌎🌱
Mini Yogis is a class that is filled with themed activities for the little ones with smooth transitions to share an enjoyable morning together.
