About this Event
Taught by Isabelle, this yoga class invites toddlers and preschoolers (ages 1-4) to discover mindfulness, gentle movement, and breathing alongside their parents.
This month’s class will welcome our mini yogis to reflect on those they love – including themselves! 💞
Mini Yogis is a class filled with themed activities for the little ones, with smooth transitions, so they can enjoy an enjoyable morning together.
