Nurture your bond through mindful movements and shared moments, then nourish your bellies at a nearby @shop124st eatery to cap off your Valentine’s afternoon!
This 1.5 hour class entwines a series of gentle, partnered movements, poses, breath, meditations, and bonding exercises to focus on you as a pair and help you sync together.

▪️ Bring your mat and comfortable clothing for movement
▪️ We welcome those in their pregnancy as well – this workshop is an opportunity to connect with your partner before meeting your little one! All trimesters and levels welcome.
