Mini yoga time-outs ("Day Retreats") for beginnersWe begin the day with a gentle check-in, followed by grounding breathwork and meditation to arrive fully in the moment. Somatic exercises and a flowing Vinyasa practice help release physical tension and reconnect with the body. After a nourishing break, we explore stress management and mindfulness tools, along with simple practices to integrate into everyday life. Emotional reflection and a symbolic burning ritual offer space for release. A guided meditation leads you to your inner place of calm, and a deeply restorative Yin Yoga session supports relaxation and nervous system balance. We close the day feeling grounded, relaxed, and recharged.At 12:00, we begin with a gentle check-in to arrive fully in the space and with each other. This is followed by an arrival session including calming pranayama and grounding meditation, helping to settle the nervous system and ease into a slower rhythm. At 12:30, we explore somatic exercises to increase body awareness and release stored tension, preparing us for a revitalizing Vinyasa Flow session at 12:45. This dynamic practice supports the release of physical and mental stress through movement and breath.After the session, we take a nourishing lunch break at 14:00 to recharge. At 14:30, we shift into a theory session on stress management and mindfulness, exploring how stress manifests in the body and mind, and which simple yet effective tools we can integrate into our daily lives. You’ll receive take-home practices to continue your journey beyond this day.At 15:15, we connect with our emotions using emotion cards and close with a symbolic burning ritual on the deck—a mindful letting-go practice. A coffee and tea break follows at 16:00, allowing for rest and quiet exchange.We return at 16:15 for a guided meditation journey to your inner place of relaxation, creating a personal anchor of calm you can revisit any time. The day closes with a deeply restorative Yin Yoga session at 16:45, supporting emotional release and nervous system regulation.
