• 3:00 pm – Yin Yoga: Awaken & Grow
Gentle, grounding postures to connect with your breath and set intentions for the season ahead.
• 4:00 pm – Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest & Reflection
A guided meditation to clarify your vision for spring and deepen your connection with nature.
