Due to ongoing issues with the roadworks around Parkside/Marston Grange/Tillington a public meeting has been arranged. This will be attended by representatives from the Office of MP Leigh Ingham who have been in contact with us to support us. With the updated information on a completion time, that was only received because they were badgered to find out, the completion has been put back ‘again’ to Autumn (originally Spring, then Summer) so there is no end in sight. We firmly believe it will be put back again.
Please can everyone attend and make your feelings known.
This misery is effecting house prices, actually selling our houses, traveling to work, or just trying to leave the estate to carry on with our personal business.
It’s fair to say we (and surrounding estates) have had enough.
We feel TaylorWimpey/McPhillips/County Councillor officials involved are treating us with total contempt.
We will be asking for an Enquiry into the whole chaos of
- Planning Approval
- Section 106 (and why it took 10 years to tell us where it was spent
-why the infrastructure(roads) were not done before the build works.
All that has affected us as a Community.
Yes, we all knew this was going to affect us, yes we knew of disruption but what we are having to go through is off the scale.
