About this Event
Join Vital Youth Blends and Mera Wellness for a morning devoted to women’s health, gentle movement, and meaningful connection. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and spend time in a supportive community.
We’ll begin the morning with an open Women’s Health Q&A led by Nurse Practitioner Kari Waddell, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Provider specializing in women’s and midlife health. This is an opportunity to ask questions, gain insight, and learn more about how to support your body through the many phases of life.
After a short pause, we’ll transition into a yoga practice guided by Kali Basman, designed to gently awaken the body and settle the nervous system. Through mindful movement and restorative postures, this portion of the morning invites a deeper sense of ease and embodied awareness.
From there, we’ll move into a guided cacao ceremony with Alison Litchfield. Through cacao, breath, and quiet reflection, we’ll create space to ground, listen inward, and reconnect with ourselves.
We’ll close the morning by connecting over nourishing bone broth from Boulder Bone Broth.
