Permission to Pause: Soft Movement · Deep Rest · Guided Nidra
In a world that so often asks us to keep moving, producing and doing, this workshop offers a gentle invitation to slow down. Permission to Pause is an evening dedicated to rest, softness and reconnection with the body’s natural rhythms.
We’ll begin with a restorative yoga practice guided by Annabel. Drawing on her trainings in Embodied Rest and Embodied Flow, Annabel offers slow, supportive movement that gradually leads into longer, comfortable restorative postures. With bolsters, blankets and the support of the ground beneath you, the practice creates space for the body to soften, release tension and settle into ease.
The session will then move into a deeply restorative guided Yoga Nidra with Nerissa, offering the mind and nervous system a chance to fully relax and restore. Her guidance invites a calm, supported environment where you can let go, pause, and simply be.
Together, this evening provides a gentle, unhurried space to breathe, rest, and reconnect with yourself. There is nothing to achieve and no prior experience needed -- you are welcome exactly as you are.
All bodies and all levels of experience are warmly welcome.
