Create something special these school holidays at Paraparaumu Library! Tamariki are invited to draw portraits of the people (or pets!) they love – from whānau and friends to teachers and furry companions.Tamariki can take part in fun, guided art workshops (registration required), or drop into our Makerspace craft station to create at their own pace – no booking needed. Caregivers are warmly welcome to join in too and create alongside their tamariki.
All participants will have the chance to display their artwork in our special community exhibition at the Paraparaumu library art gallery from 23 April–7 May.
Come along, get creative, and help us fill the gallery with the amazing faces of our community!
