Join Tamsin Quin for a fun and friendly family workshop exploring the craft of wood carving.In this hands‑on session, children and adults will learn how to safely use simple tools to carve fresh wood into a mini wooden mushroom. Step by step guidance means no experience is needed. Once carved, you can paint and decorate your mushroom and choose how to finish it — as a keyring, hanging decoration, pencil topper, or shelf ornament.
This workshop is all about making together, trying something new, and enjoying a calm, creative experience as a family. You’ll leave with a hand‑made mushroom and a lovely shared memory.
Suitable for children aged 8+, with adults encouraged to join in.
If adults would like to make their own item, please book a place so we can provide enough tools and materials.
