A joyful introduction to dance for kids, Mini Movers helps young participants connect with music through movement while fostering creativity and self-expression. This fun and engaging program blends a variety of dance styles with rhythm and coordination exercises, gradually building skills in a playful, supportive environment.
Parents stay and join in on the fun, creating a shared experience that supports their child's confidence and growth. Perfect for little ones with big energy and creative minds!
Roxanne Belzile's first job in Fernie was at the Arts Station in 2011 the year she moved with her partner from Fort McMurray although originally from Nova Scotia. She studied visual arts in college but has always loved dance. As a preschooler, she could be found mimicking Michael Jackson videos; however, more recently she has taught DanceFit at Soar Studios, choreographed for Shine Theatre Camp, and has been known to bust a move to local acts, Shred Kelly and Sncks.
