Come and join me at the lovely Hetty's Tea Shop for this relaxed, fun session on the day before Mother's Day!�Come and enjoy a lovely few hours of stitching, laughter and memories.�Join me for a special session that is perfect for Mum's and their families or friends but it is also open to anyone that would love to create a unique piece of handsewn art!�Create beautiful mini landscape pictures using vintage and preloved fabrics, turning treasured textiles into unique keepsakes that can be framed afterwards.�Whether you're a seasoned crafter or a beginner, you'll leave with a handmade piece to cherish forever.�To really get the most out of this session it is recommended that you can sew a very simple stitch, for example a running stitch, or that you're happy sewing on a button! However, complete beginners can also come along and if you don't get to finish your piece on the day, you will be able to take materials home to complete it.�Recommended age for the session is age 8 years and over.�All materials are provided for you and you can take some materials home to finish your work off if need be.�You'll be using a range of materials to create your design including preloved/vintage fabrics, buttons, lace and ribbon.�The Workshop will run for approximately one and a half to two hours and the cost is £20 per person.
You’ll be able to buy drinks and food from Hetty’s during the Session or stay afterwards for cakes (the food menu finishes serving at 3pm).
