About this Event
Ignite curiosity at our Mini Camp! Kids will explore coding, build simple robots, and try exciting science experiments and engineering challenges — all through hands‑on learning and fun. For children ages 5-7. Camp runs from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Registration is $25 per session.
Dates and Themes:
Tuesday, July 7 & Thursday, July 9: Engineering
- Example activities: Keva Planks, marble run, LEGO challenges, bridge building
Tuesday, July 14 & Thursday, July 16: Science
- Example activities: erupting a volcano, hands-on science experiments
Tuesday, July 21 & Thursday, July 23: Coding
- Example activities: Scratch Junior, coding robots such as Code & Go Mouse
Tuesday, July 28 & Thursday, July 30: Robotics
- Example activities: coding with Vex 123 robots

General Information:
A Camper Information Form will be sent out via email, to be completed by parent or caregiver, following registration and payment.
Campers will have time to visit the library. If you would like your child to be able to sign out library materials, please indicate this on the Camper Information Form and ensure they have their library card.
Time will be allotted for one snack. Please provide your child with nut-free, school-safe food items.
Children will need to be signed in and out by a designated adult. Photo ID is required.
Pickup is at 12:00 pm.
