We are excited for our 3rd mini cycle and jog/run/walk event. Here are some logistics for the event:
9:15 a.m. – Cycle for 45 minutes.
10:05 a.m. – 5K Run - we've had participants do the indoor (or outdoor track) or the Treadmills.
Stick around after - you might just win a door prize!
Fee: $10 for members; $20 for guests. Space is limited to 17 participants - commit today!
