Mineral rights ownership is often misunderstood subject for both buyers and sellers of real estate in Texas. This class will explore how to determine who owns mineral rights, the rights of both surface and mineral owners, how mineral rights can convey in a real estate transaction, and reasonable expectations of both buyers and sellers of mineral rights.
