The Mindset Maintenance Workshops are a series of workshops focused on mindset and resilience for better mental health.Protecting Dignity workshop has been created to encourage confidence to support and make appropriate decisions impacting upon our lives, the lives of Friends or Family and members of the community at times of vulnerability.

Through engaging interactions, group discussions and informative talks these workshops are designed to spread useful awareness of mental state, how it could possibly relate to our daily lives, workplaces and daily interactions with people.
