In the presence of horses, the thinking mind naturally quiets. Breath slows, attention drops into the body, and a deeper sense of calm becomes available without trying.
In this workshop, you will be guided through a series of exercises to help you soften the busy mind, allowing the body and nervous system to settle.
Horses don’t think their way through life — they sense, respond, and remain present. When we spend time with them, our minds are invited to rest.
