Come out for the debut experience of intimate platonic connection, consisting of play, movement, touch, and sound.
What to expect:
Upon entry, the use of words disappears. The guide will use nonverbal communication to lead the group through various phases of energetic exploration - It might not all be fun and games as we explore deeper emotions, all beyond the realm of thought.
Enthusiastic consent training will be part of initiation, and all practices are simply an invitation – there are no rules!
Participants are encouraged to explore the concepts of intuitive contact dance, ecstatic dance, sound healing, and generally getting out of your mind.
How to Prepare:
Please drink plenty of water during the day, and bring a bottle. Wear comfy clothes that you can move in, but will not expose parts of your body that may make you uncomfortable to be seen or touched during movement. Warm up your vocal cords. Establish your boundaries for touch. Bring a journal, arts and crafts, or anything that helps you reflect, and Water bottle.
