What is the Minding Me Programme?
The Minding Me Programme provides participants with tools to take a proactive approach to their mental health and wellbeing.
Minding Me Programme Information
During the Minding Me Programme, you will:
- Develop a personal plan to support your mental health and wellness
- Understand how total behaviour impacts our mental health and wellbeing
- Increase your awareness of personal mental health and wellbeing -- what keeps us well and what can pose a challenge?
- Identify a range of resources and supports to use as part of your wellness plan
Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided. You will also receive a complimentary Minding Me workbook.
There is no cost to attend however there is a refundable booking fee of €25 (or €10 if you are in receipt of a social welfare payment, are a student or are over 65 - please use code MIND10 at checkout). If the refundable booking fee is a barrier to you attending the programme, please contact us at [email protected] and we will waive the fee.
Once the programme has finished, please email so we can facilitate the return of your deposit. If you enjoyed the programme, we ask that you consider leaving your booking fee as a donation. This will support SOS to continue to deliver our suicide prevention and mental health promotion programmes throughout Ireland.
