About this Event
Step into a morning of calm, reflection, and connection at Mindfulness Talk in the Park. Guided by a registered social worker, Janice D'Souza, this event blends gentle movement, mindfulness practices, ways to manage seasonal affective disorder, and meaningful conversation — all in the heart of nature.
Together, we’ll explore how to manage seasonal stress, ease anxiety, and stay grounded as the seasons shift. Participants will also learn simple practices they can carry into daily life, including mindful walking, grounding techniques, and breathwork.
This program is delivered by bookmytherapy, a non-profit working at the intersection of mental health and community wellness.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or already practicing, this is a welcoming space for everyone.
