
About this Event
Sound Mind, Sound Body Mindfulness Series is a 5-week mindfulness program designed to support your emotional well-being and overall health. Each week, you'll learn simple tools like breath awareness, guided meditation, gentle movement, and an introduction to Reiki, a hands-on technique that promotes a deep sense of rest and supports the body's natural ability to reset and restore. All practices are easy to learn and open to everyone. No prior experience needed.
Wednesdays October 15th, 22nd, 29th, November 5th, 12th
6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
We encourage you to attend for the entire series, but you can join at any time
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring layers to help you feel as comfortable as possible. Optional to bring a journal and pen/pencil.
