Mindfulness Mondays

Mindfulness Mondays (Guided by Super Ego) is a free weekly gathering for all ages focused on mindfulness, emotional awareness, self-expression, and connection.

In this space, we practice becoming more aware of what we feel without judging our emotions as “good” or “bad.” Instead of suppressing, avoiding, or reacting, we learn how to simply notice what’s happening inside us with curiosity, compassion, and presence.

Each session includes a blend of grounding wellness practices and creative expression, designed to help us feel more connected to ourselves and each other.

What to expect:

• Wellness Circle (check-in + community connection)

• Writing prompts for reflection and self-awareness

• Drawing / Art Expression

• Guided Meditation

• Reflection + Discussion

• Mindful Movement (gentle, beginner-friendly)

• Song Cypher (optional musical self-expression / sharing)

You don’t need any mindfulness experience, and you don’t need to consider yourself an “artist” or “creative” to participate. Come exactly as you are.
