Mindfulness Monday Meditation Instagram Live @topkarehospice Account

Join our Bereavement & Volunteer Coordinator Rebekah Finn and one of Topkare’s talented Volunteers Alice Kochunov the 3rd Monday of each month on Instagram Live (FREE) for a guided mindfulness meditation. Alice has completed a two year meditation teacher training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Her calming and soothing voice guides viewers through a 30 minute practice. All levels welcome.
