Meditation is a practice. When practiced regularly, it fosters the ability to be present throughout the day. By practicing bringing the mind back to this moment, it reduces living in worry over the future and regret or anger over the past.This event will include tips on how to have a successful meditation practice followed by a guided meditation where you can practice those suggestions. After the meditation practice, there will be a crystal bowl sound bath, along with other sound healing instruments through the meditation.
Sound healing has been used for thousands of years to reset the body and mind to a state of harmony.
This event welcomes beginners as well as seasoned meditators!
