May is Mental Health Month, and we’re stepping up to support the wellbeing of our community by donating to Jefferson Center for Mental Health. Join us for this Donation-based Mindfulness Meditation class to elevate mental health, improving lives and strengthening our community.
Class is for all levels – beginners to advanced – and will focus on a brief introduction to breathwork and mindfulness, with a 30-min guided meditation.
Suggested donation is $20, but please give what feels right!
