A monthly class on Wednesday nights on topics related to mindfulness and meditation in our lives. A light meal will be offered at 6:00 pm, followed by the class from 7:00 - 8:30 pm. The speaker this evening is Kate Smith. Join us for a unique evening at the Center as Kate Smith shares her personal experiences and insights into shamanic journeying. This presentation is an opportunity to learn about this ancient universal practice, which can be used as a path for self-discovery and spiritual health. Kate will endeavor to demystify the journey and answer your questions about this drug-free method of achieving an expanded state of awareness. Come with a curious, beginner’s mind!
