About this Event
Ginny Wall herself identifies as Genderqueer and Queer. They run drop in sessions and a retreat day for the LGBTQ+ community and have 20 years of running mindfulness courses for a wide range of different groups. They have recently been supporting mindfulness teachers to create mindfulness courses for People of Colour dealing with grief, patients with dementia and their carers, and community groups in Sierra Leone and Uganda. Ginny is accredited to teach the Breakdowns Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress courses. The Breathworks approach to mindfulness has a strong core of compassion and is very good for people dealing with physical health conditions but also emotional and psychological pain. Ginny always includes trauma-sensitive elements in their courses. THE COURSE WILL RUN FOR SIX WEEKS.
