Mindfulness began as a simple and practical way to train attention — rooted in Buddhist contemplative traditions and brought into modern life through MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction).
Anno 2026, mindfulness has evolved. We now understand that awareness and presence deepens when the whole body and being is included. Stillness helps, but movement does too. Listening inward, softening, and undoing can often reveal more than “doing your best to meditate.”
This mindfulness course in Amsterdam is offered in a small, intimate group. We will move, sit, breathe, share, reflect and explore together. Every class includes a movement meditation, other themed meditation, sharing circles, short videos or sharing of inspiring texts, and group / partner exercises.
This course is not free but you can buy tickets directly with organiser.
