Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) | In-Person Class

TGH invites you to join an eight-week exploration of mindfulness meditation, gentle stretching, and yoga to improve quality of life. Our evidence based MBSR program is ideal for cultivating greater awareness of the unity of mind and body and is designed to help you with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain.

🧘‍♀️ In-Person Silent Retreat Day: Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 9 – 4 p.m. at Davis Island Garden Club, 81 Columbia Drive, Tampa, FL 33606
