About this Event
March carries the turning point of the Spring Equinox—a sacred threshold where light and dark come into balance. It is a time of emergence, of quiet seeds beginning to stir beneath the soil, of remembering that growth does not rush… it unfolds.
This Mindfulness at the Museum gathering is designed as an equinox attunement—a sound bath to harmonize with the returning light while honoring the wisdom of the winter within you. Through crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and layered harmonic instruments, we’ll gently clear what feels heavy, recalibrate your inner rhythms, and create space for new intentions to take root.
Surrounded by the historic warmth of the Wistariahurst Music Room, you’re invited to rest in sound and stillness—balancing effort and ease, release and renewal. As day and night stand equal, may you come back into equilibrium within yourself.
Led by Donnabelle Casis of SonorousLight™, this session is intuitively guided and uniquely crafted to support this seasonal threshold—restoring balance, nurturing well-being, and helping you reconnect with your inner rhythm as the year gently unfolds.
