8 Week Mindfulness and Meditation Course ( British Psychological Society Approved). In a warm and supportive environment you will learn various mindfulness practices and using research based evidence learn about how mindfulness can improve your daily life improving anxiety, stress, over thinking, pain management, emotional regulation and more. You will receive weekly recordings of meditations to practice, weekly handouts and exercise to help you learn and support in between sessions.
