Mindfulness and Movement Yoga at The Cottage by Monarch
Facilitated by the Hedera Yoga School Cohort

Join us for a gentle and welcoming yoga experience designed to reconnect the mind, body, and breath.
Mindfulness and Movement is a healing-centered yoga class that focuses on cultivating awareness, reducing stress, and supporting overall well-being through intentional movement and mindful breathing.
This class is part of a special teaching series led by the Hedera Yoga School cohort, under the guidance and leadership of Shyrea Jones, RYT 500. Shyrea is a respected yoga teacher, wellness advocate, and founder of Hedera Yoga School who is deeply committed to making yoga accessible, inclusive, and empowering for all bodies and experience levels.
Through this program, yoga teacher trainees will gain hands-on experience guiding a supportive and nurturing practice, while participants benefit from a collaborative and heart-centered learning environment.
Each session offers:
• Gentle yoga flows for all levels
• Breathwork and mindfulness practices
• A supportive and inclusive community space
• Opportunities to slow down, reconnect, and restore
Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your practice, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
Classes are donation-based to support the continued growth of community wellness programming at The Cottage by Monarch.
