Mindfulness & Movement for Homeschoolers
Ages 5-12
Join us for a special donation-based session of mindfulness and movement tailored specifically for homeschoolers! Led by Valerie DeWitt, E-RYT, RCYT, who brings over 20 years of yoga instruction experience for children and families, this practice is designed to help children enhance their well-being, develop focus, and cultivate important life skills through breath and movement.
