Take a break from your busy schedule and immerse yourself in a calming atmosphere With Killeen Creators.
This hour involves a short, guided exercise and calming music. Bring your yoga mat, a pillow, or a favorite stuffed animal.
There is no "right" or "wrong" way to relax. Techniques will be suggested from box breathing to meditation, but all participants are welcome to use whatever methods work for them!
