Led by a fully accredited mental health professional, this session bridges the gap between clinical insight and practical, everyday wellness. Together, we will explore the renowned Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) "Three Systems" model to understand how your brain responds to threat, drive, and soothing—and how to bring those systems back into balance.
What to Expect:
- Grounded Practices: We will begin and end our session with calming, guided mindfulness and compassion exercises.
- The "Three Systems" Model: Learn the science behind your emotions and how to actively step out of "fight or flight" mode.
