Our Mindful Yoga practice consists of gentle stretching and strengthening exercises done slowly with awareness of breath and sensations that arise as we move from pose to pose.
All levels welcome; modifications and variations will be offered. Have yoga blocks and straps to use with modifications.
Our Thursday Morning Mindful Yoga classes will be held virtually.
Members: $48/4-week series
Non-Members: $68/4-week series
