Do your houseplants have a habit of not making it? This gentle morning workshop is the perfect solution, because a painted houseplant never needs watering.
Spend a relaxed few hours discovering the joy of drawing and painting the lush, leafy things we love. Through the art of observation, you'll slow down, look a little closer, and find the quiet beauty in every leaf, stem and flower (if we get so lucky).
Choose your favourite plant from our studio collection or bring along a photo for inspiration. Raphie will then guide you step by step, building your illustration from the ground up. Beginning with loose, exploratory sketches, you'll move gently into the wonderful world of mixing greens (there are so many more than you'd think), before bringing your plant to life with watercolour.
Along the way, you'll pick up some handy drawing fundamentals (including how to use grids and simplifying shapes to build confidence and composition), in a warm, unhurried space designed for all levels, whether you're picking up a pencil for the first time or simply looking for a creative morning to yourself.
You'll leave with your very own original A5 or A4 watercolour illustration. A little piece of art made entirely by you, and one that will stay beautifully, effortlessly alive.
No experience needed. Just curiosity.
