Join us for a mindful walk that's less about covering distance and more about being present.

This guided walk invites you to slow down and pay attention. We’ll move at a gentle pace and explore the landscape through all five senses, finding moments of calm and clarity in the natural world. There's space to share your experience or simply enjoy quiet reflection.

Suitable for most abilities, though there are a few uphill sections.

There’ll be a stop at The Black Lion during the walk for a sit-down, natter, and optional refreshments. Bring comfortable walking shoes, waterproof clothing and an open mind. This is your invitation to step away from the noise and reconnect with what matters.
