Our Mindful Walk & Talk is an intentional, in-person gathering designed to help you process the day, lower your cortisol, and reconnect with your body as the sun begins to set.
Guided by Jessica Lee Reader, a Master Nutrition Therapist, Board-Certified Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher with 17+ years of experience. This series is specifically crafted for women who value presence, fresh air, and meaningful connection. This isn't about "getting your steps in"; it’s about returning to your steady ground through rhythmic movement and nature.
The Flow of our Hour:
• Gather & Ground: We meet at the trailhead for a brief intention-setting and grounding practice to leave the workday behind.
• Mindful Movement: A gentle, guided walk through the trails of Conestee, incorporating sensory awareness and rhythmic movement.
• Sound & Stillness: We’ll pause for a seated meditation, accompanied by the grounding vibrations of a singing bowl.
• Shared Connection: We close with light conversation and reflection before heading home for a restful evening.

• When: Wednesday, June 3rd | 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Where: Conestee Nature Preserve, Greenville, SC

• What to Wear: Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate layers.
• What to Bring: A water bottle and an open heart.
• Investment: $22 — A portion of your registration supports the conservation efforts of Conestee Nature Preserve.
Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event. In the event of rain, we will notify you 4 hours prior to start time for a transfer or full refund.
