About this Event
Join us for a gentle, outdoor Mindful Walk & Talk for women 40+ at Conestee Nature Preserve.
I’m Jessica Lee Reader, a Holistic Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher who specializes in supporting women through midlife with simple nourishment, gentle movement, and nervous system–friendly practices.
Many women in this stage of life are navigating hormonal shifts, including perimenopause and menopause, which can show up as changes in energy, sleep, stress tolerance, mood, and how the body feels overall.
These walks are designed to offer gentle movement, time in nature, and space to connect with other like-minded women, along with simple moments of mindfulness and reflection woven into the walk. Each month will have a soft focus (for example: energy, sleep, stress support, or nourishment) that may guide the intention for our time together.
We’ll meet for an easy-paced walk through Conestee Nature Preserve with light conversation, quiet moments to breathe, and a short pause for grounding and intention setting.
Locations within the preserve may vary each month and could include the lake, meadow, amphitheater, or other peaceful areas.
This is not a fitness walk; we will move at a slow and mindful pace to embrace fresh air, nature, gentle movement, and a supportive community.
What to Bring & Wear:
• Water (and a small snack if you’d like)
• Comfortable clothing • Closed-toe shoes
• Dress for the weather
We’ll be walking on a mix of paved and wooded trails.
